Real Estate Operations Manager
Job Description
We're in search of a detail-oriented real estate operations manager to oversee our daily operations, supervise administrative staff, sales team members, and ensure our business runs efficiently. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining systems and processes, assisting with contracts and training, and scheduling team meetings. While still being able to do your own transactions and clients.
You'll also be in charge of coaching and holding team members accountable to provide exceptional service to clients. Our ideal candidate is an experienced manager, a quick problem-solver, and a positive team player.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate Oversee day-to-day operations of the real estate team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Develop and implement systems that improve efficiency and productivity. Work closely with our agents and clients to ensure seamless transactions. Manage administrative tasks, including contract preparation, listings, and client communications. Collaborate with agents to ensure the timely and accurate execution of real estate transactions.Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in Real Estate, Management, and Sales. A passion for real estate and a team player attitude. A passion for growth and building people and teams.About Company
