We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time position where you'll be supporting a busy real estate professional with a variety of administrative and in-field tasks.
A car is mandatory for this role
, as you'll be doing a lot of running around--installing lockboxes, putting up sold signs, dropping off feature sheets, staging items, delivering client gifts, and more.Key Responsibilities:
Help with staging preparation and setup Install/remove lockboxes and signage Drop off marketing materials, feature sheets, and client gifts Schedule appointments and follow-ups Provide general admin support (email, phone calls, document management)
Requirements:
Full-time availability Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, can-do attitude Real estate experience is a plus, but not a deal breaker

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
