Responsibilities
Client Communication & CRM Support
Manage and triage broker's inbox, replying when appropriate.
Set up new leads in CRM, call leads to book appointments.
Document client progress and communications.
Follow up with clients throughout the mortgage process.
Mortgage Application & Renewal Workflow
Schedule follow-ups for application documents.
Take applications over the phone when required.
Organize and track documents before forwarding to underwriters.
Coordinate renewal calls, send authorization forms, submit forms to lenders.
Event Coordination
Plan and manage logistics for realtor and industry events:
Venue booking
Catering
Technical requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Required Experience:
Real Estate/Legal/Financial Services an asset
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Canva.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong client care and communication abilities (phone and email).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Independent, proactive work style and problem-solving skills.
Job Details
Location:
Primarily in-office; some flexibility for remote work.
Hours:
20-35 hours per week.
Pay:
$25/hour.
