Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) executif(ve) bilingue, fiable et organise(e) pour soutenir un courtier immobilier actif. Ce poste cle est ideal pour une personne professionnelle, soucieuse du detail, et a l'aise dans un environnement structure et rapide.

Responsabilites principales



Gerer l'agenda, les courriels, appels et priorites quotidiennes du courtier. Coordonner les transactions de l'offre acceptee jusqu'au notaire. Accueillir et soutenir les clients avec professionnalisme. Mettre a jour les inscriptions sur Centris et autres plateformes. Organiser les documents physiques et numeriques (Google Drive, CRM Follow Up Boss). Aider a la gestion immobiliere (locataires, loyers, avis, reparations).

Profil recherche



Bilingue : francais et anglais, parle et ecrit. Minimum 2 ans d'experience en soutien administratif (immobilier un atout). Sens aigu de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorites. Communication professionnelle, claire et respectueuse. A l'aise avec la technologie (Excel, PDF, Google Workspace, CRM). Discretion, autonomie et fiabilite.

Remuneration et avantages



Taux horaire : 20 $ - 35 $/h (selon l'experience). Possibilites de primes. Vacances payees et jours feries. Formation et soutien pour assurer votre succes.

About the Role


We are seeking a bilingual, experienced, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a busy real estate broker. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and communicates with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the broker's calendar, emails, calls, and priorities. Coordinate real estate transactions from accepted offer to notary. Serve as first point of contact for clients, by phone, email, or in person. Maintain and update listings on Centris and other platforms. Organize files and documents (Google Drive, CRM Follow Up Boss). Assist with property management (tenants, rent tracking, notices, repairs).

What We're Looking For



Bilingual: fluent in French and English. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (real estate an asset). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear, professional communication. Tech-savvy (Excel, PDFs, Google Workspace, CRM). Discreet, dependable, and proactive.

Compensation & Benefits



Pay: $20 - $35/hour (based on experience). Bonus opportunities. Paid vacation and statutory holidays. Training and systems to help you succeed.
