Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week in our downtown Toronto office About the Position We are looking for a highly driven individual to join Upfield's Marketing team as Brand Manager for Violife, the fastest selling plant-based cheese brand in Canada with a diverse portfolio ranging from slices to shreds, blocks to cream cheese You will work on the creative development and execution of brand strategies and marketing programs that drive growth for Violife and closely with the US and Global Violife teams to develop synergies and be the voice of Canada, ensuring local needs are met. This role will lead key performance and operational aspects of the business, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing for Canada. You will demonstrate your expertise in marketing communications and digital marketing, while working with a social coordinator to propel the brand's digital transformation journey. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, agile, and fast-paced environment to develop your marketing acumen and show leadership potential to further your career within the organization. In detail, So what does it take to be successful in this role? You will bring 5+ years of relevant experience in brand management, digital marketing, media, agency, start-ups in the consumer goods space, preferably in food and have developed and executed strong traditional marketing and digital marketing campaigns and creative across various channels, including in-store, social media, programmatic, CRM, search & paid media advertising. It will be an asset if you have experience leveraging Nielsen data and managed agencies. Most importantly, you'll need to have a passion for food. What's next?
