Sr. Brand Manager, Canada Coffee

Reporting into the Director, Marketing Coffee, the Sr. Brand Manager, Canada Coffee will formulate the long-term strategy for Kraft Heinz\xe2\x80\x99s Brands and help implement the marketing plans. This role defines the product mix, pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising, and promotion strategies. With oversight of the P&L, you\xe2\x80\x99re accountable for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives. You will be responsible for building consumer and customer demand for the assigned business and implementing your marketing initiatives through leading the cross functional team. This includes partnering with the innovation team to improve quality, make packaging updates, cost reductions and new item launches. As well, driving strong collaboration with the central insights and communications team to bring compelling campaigns to market. Responsibilities:

Lead key initiatives, including but not limited to: strategic vision, pipeline creation, development and execution for the proposition

Determine the appropriate product mix, pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly

Own the P&L for the respective business and accountability for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives

Lead cross-functional commercialization team to deliver innovation and renovation, including quality improvements, packaging updates, cost reductions and new item launches

Identify competitive, category, consumer, shopper, and retailer insights to validate current concepts and identify new opportunities that will drive growth, volume and profit objectives.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company

Consumer centric & growth mindset

Demonstrated ability to influence teams and experience managing multiple stakeholders

Strong \xe2\x80\x9cbig picture\xe2\x80\x9d perspective, while also delivering the innovation and brand management initiatives at hand

Excellent strategic and analytical skills; ability to leverage syndicated data sources to assess competitive space, bringing forth insights and recommendations to integrate into overall strategy

Ability to simplify complex problems and make decisions quickly in pursuit of constant forward progress
