Position Title: Associate Brand Manager II
External Description:
Brand is the one team at EA who oversees \xe2\x80\x9cthe entire field\xe2\x80\x9d from long-term strategy, product creation to go-to-market activity. Our measure of success is to build positive brand equity with our players which keeps them excited to play the current game and the games to come.
You will report to the Sr. Brand Manager, Brand Management of Madden NFL and will be an important contributor to the Brand Management team based in EA Orlando, United States.
Responsibilities
Work with studio, commercial and marketing to identify the goals and priorities for the American Football business, with a specific focus on our digital business and future growth.
Support the brand, marketing, studio, marketing analytics, consumer insights and other partners in building long-term strategies which will be the foundation for the American Football brand growth strategy.
Support the product and live service strategy for the Madden NFL business.
Support Brand Management leadership and other partners to outline a 3-year strategy to grow user engagement.
Deliver brand goals, partnering with studio, commercial and marketing to lead cross-discipline understanding while providing services and growth expertise.
Distill large volumes of consumer feedback into tangible insights.
Build data models to influence the short- and long-term strategy for Madden NFL and other EA SPORTS products.
Be the liaison between Brand Management and data teams such as Commercial Intelligence and Studio Data & Insights (SDI) and collaborate to make data informed decisions.
Work with the analytics teams to assess short- and long-term risks.
Support marketing and commercial plans and assist with brand approvals for product and marketing assets.
Qualifications
2+ years product marketing or brand management experience where you have helped improve brand growth and brand experiences.
Experience supporting collaboration across Product Development, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
Understanding of consumer marketing best practices.
Experience driving revenue opportunities for an e-commerce or digital business.
Understanding of financial analysis
Build analytics models to improve current business and identify new business opportunities.
Build structured data sets from unstructured data sets
Background working in Tableau, Excel (can perform complex functions), Analytics tools, Think Cell, or other data tools.
Knowledge of the sports, gaming, or entertainment field.
