Job Title: Junior Brand Manager Company Overview: We\'re a pickle company that creates high-quality, handcrafted pickles using locally sourced ingredients. We are seeking a Junior Brand Manager to join our team and help us grow and expand our brand. Job Overview: As a Junior Brand Manager, you will work closely with your Operations, Sales, and Account Management colleagues to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that enhance the brand and drive sales. You will be responsible for managing various projects and initiatives, including market research, social media campaigns, product launches, and event planning. You will also support the development of marketing materials, such as packaging design, promotional materials, and advertising. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans that align with business objectives
  • Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, posting, and engagement
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, such as packaging design, promotional materials, and advertising
  • Manage the production of marketing materials and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in managing relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Participate in the planning and execution of product launches, events, and other brand activations
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and use data to inform future strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the brand\'s marketing efforts
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the food or beverage industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus
  • Passion for food and sustainability is a plus
