WESK is a non-profit organization that empowers women in Saskatchewan to achieve their entrepreneurial goals. Reporting to the CEO, the Brand Manager is responsible for ensuring a strong brand presence and oversight of the organizational support functions at WESK.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategize, develop, and execute effective marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
Develop initiatives and strategies to engage in sponsorship recruitment and retainment
Develop and track KPIs to determine the performance of marketing and communications
Oversee the development of WESK marketing collateral
Oversee the successful execution of WESK events
Develop and execute WESKs digital strategy
Prepare and monitor marketing and events budgets
Lead the marketing and communications functions of the organizations, including team members and suppliers
Provide leadership, support and guidance that ensures the success of the brand and creative functions within the business
Develop, share, and manage a seasonal brand content calendar that facilitates a coordinated execution through all marketing touch points
Monitor, track, and actively manage the overall departmental budget and financial forecasts, including monthly reconciliation
Work collaboratively to oversee the execution and review of the support functions strategies (Marketing, HR, Finance, and Administration)
Working with other managers, improving processes and policies in support of organizational goals
Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years of experience in marketing and post-secondary education in business or marketing
Successful marketing campaign design and execution
Deep comprehension of the digital landscape for brand management
Event management experience
Experience working with brand touchpoints (Marketing, HR, Finance, and Administration)
Experience leading a successful team
Budget management experience
This position can be located in Saskatoon or Regina.
