is a Canadian manufacturer of advanced

medical and aesthetic laser systems

, including Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, Diode, and Fractional CO? technologies. All CPMT devices are

U.S. FDA-cleared

and distributed globally.
We are expanding our North American sales team and seeking a

Bilingual (Spanish-English) Physician / Inside Sales Representative (Medical Device)

to support and grow our

U.S. and Latin American

markets.

Position Overview



This position is ideal for a

licensed or international physician

with

strong sales experience

and an interest in

medical aesthetics

.
You will combine your

clinical knowledge and communication skills

to educate clients, demonstrate device benefits, and build trusted relationships with clinics and distributors.
The role also involves

traveling to the U.S.

for

trade shows, conferences, and client training events

.

Key Responsibilities



Communicate fluently in

Spanish and English

with clinics, med spas, and distributors. Present and promote CPMT Laser's

medical and aesthetic technologies

(Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, CO?, EMS, etc.). Conduct bilingual

virtual demonstrations, webinars, and consultations

for clients. Apply

clinical understanding

to explain treatment applications and outcomes.

Travel occasionally to the U.S.

to attend

international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

. Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and distributors. Manage sales leads and pipeline using CRM tools. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams on strategy and customer support. Represent CPMT Laser with professionalism, integrity, and expertise.

Qualifications



Fluent in both Spanish and English

(verbal and written).

Medical degree (MD or equivalent)

-- international physicians welcome. Minimum

2 years of experience in medical device or aesthetic sales

. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to combine

clinical expertise with commercial strategy

. Ability to

travel internationally (primarily to the U.S.)

for events and training. Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and video tools (Zoom, GoTo). Motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented.

Preferred



Experience in

aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetic laser devices

. Familiarity with the

U.S. and Latin American

medical aesthetic markets. Experience attending or coordinating

major trade shows

(e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).
