Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams on strategy and customer support.
Represent CPMT Laser with professionalism, integrity, and expertise.
Qualifications
Fluent in both Spanish and English
(verbal and written).
Medical degree (MD or equivalent)
-- international physicians welcome.
Minimum
2 years of experience in medical device or aesthetic sales
.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to combine
clinical expertise with commercial strategy
.
Ability to
travel internationally (primarily to the U.S.)
for events and training.
Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and video tools (Zoom, GoTo).
Motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented.
Preferred
Experience in
aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetic laser devices
.
Familiarity with the
U.S. and Latin American
medical aesthetic markets.
Experience attending or coordinating
major trade shows
(e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).
