Inside Sales Representative

to support our U.S. and Latin American markets.

Position Overview



The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales communications with leads, med spas, clinics, and distributors. The ideal candidate is fluent in both

Spanish and English

, possesses strong communication and persuasion skills, and can manage multiple leads through CRM and video platforms (Zoom, GoTo, etc.).

Key Responsibilities



Manage inbound inquiries and conduct proactive outreach to clinics and distributors. Present CPMT Laser's technologies (e.g., Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, CO?, EMS) via phone, Zoom, or GoTo.

Travel occasionally to the U.S.

to participate in

trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

. Conduct bilingual product demonstrations and webinars. Maintain detailed CRM records of leads, communications, and opportunities. Follow up with prospects regularly to close sales and build relationships. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and customer support. Represent CPMT Laser in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times.

Qualifications



Fluent in

Spanish and English

(verbal and written). Minimum

2 years of experience

in inside sales, preferably in the

medical or aesthetic device

industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho). Proficient with Zoom, GoTo, and Google Workspace. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Preferred



Experience with medical aesthetic technologies (laser, RF, EMS, CO?, etc.) Previous experience with

Latin American or U.S.

sales. Ability to conduct webinars and virtual product demos confidently.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
