We are expanding our North American team and seeking a

Bilingual (Spanish-English) Inside Sales & Business Development Representative (Medical Device, Laser & Skin Care)

to support our growth across the

U.S. and Latin American

markets.

Position Overview



This role is perfect for a

bilingual sales professional

with a passion for

aesthetic technology, skincare, and medical devices

.
You will manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct bilingual product demonstrations, and build lasting relationships with med spas, clinics, and distributors.
The role also involves occasional

travel to the U.S.

for

trade shows and client events

, representing CPMT Laser's innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities



Manage

inbound and outbound sales communications

with distributors, clinics, and med spas. Present and promote CPMT's

laser and skincare product lines

in both English and Spanish. Conduct

virtual and in-person product demonstrations

and consultations. Participate in

U.S. trade shows, exhibitions, and training events

to represent CPMT Laser. Generate and nurture new business opportunities through CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive). Support distributor partners with quotations, proposals, and marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams on campaigns and customer follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare weekly activity reports. Build strong, long-term relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications



Fluent in both Spanish and English

(verbal and written).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.

Minimum

2 years of experience in inside sales or business development

, ideally in

medical aesthetics, skincare, or laser device industries

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Understanding of

aesthetic treatments, skincare procedures, and energy-based technologies

is a strong asset. Ability to

travel occasionally to the U.S.

for trade shows and customer visits. Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and online meeting platforms (Zoom, GoTo). Highly motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Preferred



Experience selling

medical aesthetic or skincare equipment

. Familiarity with

U.S. and Latin American

aesthetic markets. Participation in major trade shows (e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).
