Bilingual (Spanish-English) Business Development Representative (Medical Device)
to help drive our growth across the
U.S. and Latin American
markets.
Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a
business-minded professional
who is fluent in
Spanish and English
and passionate about sales, client relations, and medical technology.
You will build and manage relationships with distributors, clinics, and med spas, conduct bilingual product presentations, and represent CPMT Laser at
international trade shows
and
U.S. business events
.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and develop new business opportunities with distributors, clinics, and med spas across the
U.S. and Latin America
.
Present CPMT Laser's
medical and aesthetic laser technologies
(Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, CO?, EMS, etc.) in both English and Spanish.
Conduct online product demonstrations and bilingual consultations via Zoom or GoTo.
Travel occasionally to the U.S.
to participate in
trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
.
Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare weekly sales reports.
Support distributors with quotations, marketing materials, and technical coordination.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute regional sales campaigns.
Develop long-term professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Fluent in both Spanish and English
(verbal and written).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience in business development or sales
, preferably in
medical or aesthetic devices
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with international communication and cultural differences.
Ability to
travel internationally (mainly to the U.S.)
for business events and trade shows.
Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and online meeting tools (Zoom, GoTo).
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Preferred
Knowledge of the
medical aesthetics or cosmetic technology
market.
Experience selling capital equipment or B2B technology products.
Prior participation in
major industry events
(e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).
