We are expanding our North American sales team and seeking a

Bilingual (Spanish-English) Nurse / Inside Sales Representative (Medical Device)

to support clients across the

U.S. and Latin America

.

Position Overview



This role is ideal for a

nurse with sales experience

who enjoys combining

clinical expertise with business development

.
The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications with clinics, med spas, and distributors, conduct bilingual presentations, and

travel to the U.S.

for

trade shows and customer training events

.

Key Responsibilities



Communicate fluently in

Spanish and English

with clients across North and Latin America. Present and promote CPMT Laser's

medical and aesthetic laser systems

(Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, CO?, EMS, etc.). Conduct bilingual

product demonstrations, webinars, and virtual consultations

. Leverage

clinical and sales knowledge

to understand client needs and close deals.

Travel occasionally to the U.S.

for

trade shows, exhibitions, and in-person training sessions

. Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling. Maintain accurate CRM records and track daily sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies. Represent CPMT Laser with professionalism and deep product understanding.

Qualifications



Fluent in both Spanish and English

(verbal and written).

Background in nursing or clinical aesthetics

(RN, RPN, or equivalent). Minimum

2 years of experience in inside or outside sales

, preferably in the

medical or aesthetic device industry

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to translate clinical knowledge into sales success. Ability to

travel internationally (mainly to the U.S.)

for trade shows and events. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and video platforms (Zoom, GoTo). Motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Preferred



Experience in

medical aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic laser sales

. Knowledge of

U.S. and Latin American aesthetic markets

. Experience attending or coordinating

international trade shows

(e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).
