We are expanding our North American sales team and seeking a motivated

Bilingual (Spanish-English) Inside Sales Representative (Medical Device)

to serve clients across the

U.S. and Latin American

markets.

Position Overview



The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales communications with med spas, clinics, and distributors in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, fluency in both languages, and the ability to

travel to the U.S.

for

trade shows

and

client meetings

representing CPMT Laser.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound inquiries and conduct proactive sales outreach to clinics and distributors. Present and promote CPMT Laser's

medical and aesthetic technologies

(Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, CO?, EMS, and others).

Travel occasionally to the U.S.

for

international trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations

. Conduct bilingual virtual demos and webinars to showcase CPMT's product portfolio. Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up consistently with leads. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and after-sales service. Represent CPMT Laser with professionalism and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications



Fluent in both Spanish and English

(verbal and written). Minimum

2 years of inside sales experience

, ideally within the

medical or aesthetic device industry

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail. Ability to

travel internationally (mainly to the U.S.)

for trade shows and client meetings. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and video platforms (Zoom, GoTo). Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Preferred



Prior experience selling

medical or aesthetic laser equipment

. Familiarity with the

U.S. and Latin American aesthetic markets

. Experience attending or organizing

major trade shows

(e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).
