Bilingual (Spanish-English) Business Development & Sales Representative

to join our international sales team. This role offers the opportunity to represent cutting-edge laser technologies and grow within a fast-developing medical aesthetics industry.

Position Overview



The

Business Development & Sales Representative

will play a key role in driving sales growth by developing new business relationships with clinics, med spas, and distributors.
You will manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct bilingual product presentations, and occasionally

travel to the U.S.

for

trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

.

This position is ideal for candidates with

a business, marketing, or international trade background

who are eager to enter or advance within the

medical device and aesthetic technology

field.

Key Responsibilities



Communicate fluently in

Spanish and English

with clients across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online marketing platforms. Present and promote CPMT Laser's

medical and aesthetic technologies

(Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, CO?, EMS, etc.). Conduct bilingual

Zoom or GoTo presentations

, product demos, and webinars.

Travel occasionally to the U.S.

for

trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits

. Maintain strong client relationships and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into sales. Collaborate with marketing and management teams to plan campaigns and outreach initiatives. Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and pipelines. Represent CPMT Laser with professionalism, product knowledge, and brand enthusiasm.

Qualifications



Fluent in both Spanish and English

(spoken and written).

Bachelor's degree

in

Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field

. Minimum

2 years of experience

in

sales, business development, or account management

, preferably in

medical, aesthetic, or technology sectors

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of B2B sales and relationship management. Ability to

travel internationally (mainly to the U.S.)

for trade shows and meetings. Comfortable using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, GoTo). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred



Experience in

medical aesthetics, devices, or cosmetic technology

. Knowledge of

U.S. and Latin American

aesthetic markets and business culture. Previous participation in

international trade shows

(e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).
