PAG Direct/Vicimus is looking for an

Inside Sales / Business Development Representative

!


We are looking for an individual who will focus on the life cycle of the sale and putting the customer first! Booking appointments based on the dealerships target volume, as well as educates on manufacturers programs, review inventory availability and go for the close! With setting appointments, our Inside Sales team also maintains the upkeep of the data base in order to create a personable relationship with the customer while obtaining all avenues of contact for future reference.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 1:00pm to 9:00pm Fridays: 10:00am to 6:00pm

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work in the office. Work from home is available if you are working the last shift on weekdays (1pm to 9pm) or on weekends.


Job Responsibilities:

Managing all inbound and outbound communication - Respond to all Customers inquiries though phone or email providing the highest degree of customer service. Coordinating appointments - Coordinate customer's appointments to fit both the needs of the customers as well as the needs of the dealership. Data Management - Accurately review and enter all customers' appointments, inquiries and/or concerns into the dealership's software ecosystem. Create and foster relationships with customers to help generate sales growth Build personal rapport with our customers Working directly with management teams to provide to customers the best experience Hit individual goals and overall team objectives Open and be receptive to new ideas and adapt easily to change Customer satisfaction Contribution of ideas to upper management in streamlining processes and looking for ways to improve any gaps in the current process Dependable and bring a great attitude and positive energy every day Opportunity for growth within the organization

Qualifications:

1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales- show us what you've accomplished At least 1 year's experience in either inside sales, telemarketing, or working with software and/or digital solutions Experience working in automotive industry, specifically automotive knowledge, sales processes, systems & internal operations is a must Ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests Have a solid understanding of the sales life cycle Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both written and oral Strong negotiation skills and positive attitude Strong computer literacy skills and creative on the spot thinking Additional languages: Farsi, Hindi, Cantonese/Mandarin, Russian would be an asset Valid OMVIC License would be a valuable asset Call centre experience will be a valuable asset
