, creators of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits, Archeo Trattoria, Madrina Bar y Tapas, District Pizza and Distillery Events (the Fermenting Cellar and the Distillery District\xc2\xae - Loft) are seeking Event Bartenders to bring our Distillery Events to life!

We are looking for Bartenders who have worked in Events/Banquets for atleast one year to join our team of motivated Event professionals and create experiences that lead to happy, lasting memories for our guests.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Exhibit, encourage and motivate the DRC\xe2\x80\x99s beliefs and core values
• Commit to mastering a complete working knowledge of the drinks menu and ingredients
• Ensure all beverage descriptions, promotions and any other information are clearly communicated to guests and team members
• Check identification to ensure all guests are of age to consume alcohol
• Mix ingredients, garnish glasses and serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Accommodate guest allergies and special requests accordingly
• Process payments; provide accurate billing and support documents for any Credit Card(s), Gift Card(s), Gift Certificate(s), etc. accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean work station while adhering to food safety, sanitation and hygiene guidelines set by the Public Health Department and the Company
• Other duties as assigned or required

What we would like you to bring to the bar:

• EXPERIENCE. Minimum one (1) year\'s experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Experience with a point-of-sale system, preferably Silverware, is considered an asset
• TRAINING. You must have a valid Smart Serve certification. Any related training certifications are highly valued.
• COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Bartenders must be able to carefully listen to orders, explain food and beverage items and make recommendations.
• ADAPTABILITY. Our ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced, changing environment with ease.
• LEARNING-ORIENTED. We\'re looking for a life-long learner with an insatiable desire to positively impact the experience of our guests and restaurant reviews.
• EDUCATION. A degree/diploma in food and beverage, hospitality management is considered an asset.
