The Distillery Restaurants Corporation, creators of Cluny Bistro & Boulangerie, El Catrin Destileria, Pure Spirits Oyster House & Grill, Archeo Trattoria, Distillery Events (the Fermenting Cellar, The Distillery District Loft, Distillery Catering) and Madrina Bar y Tapas is looking for an HR Coordinator with recruitment experience to join our team.

DOING.
The HR Coordinator, will be primarily responsible for owning recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. Reporting into the Director of Operations and the Corporate Executive Chef, the Coordinator will work closely with hiring managers, payroll, and the executive team. This role is responsible for one direct report providing (part-time) support to recruitment life cycle and ATS administration.

BE.
The HR Coordinator should be eager in developing skills as a generalist with an interest in a broad range of HR areas, combined with an energetic personality, entrepreneurial spirit, flair for creative solutions, passion for continuous learning, and desire to be a part of our growth as we continue to develop our HR functions. They should be committed to organization and believe in process, but have the ability to easily adapt to changing demands and lean into challenge. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and a solid practiced understanding of the recruitment life cycle.

BRING.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• If you have an HR degree or certification, that\xe2\x80\x99s great - however, hands-on recruitment experience and a history of progressive growth will be valued more highly.
• Flexibility in week to week scheduling is a must (available early, late and on weekends.)
