Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice. Located in Canada, you will play a vital role in crafting delightful beverages and providing exceptional customer service that aligns with our brand's mission of happiness and quality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including bubble tea, fresh tea, and coffee according to CoCo's standards. Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
