Summary

We are seeking a Locator to join our dynamic team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities

Utilize POS systems to manage transactions and inventory efficiently. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Support barista tasks, including beverage preparation and serving. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience with POS systems, preferably Micros POS.
Background in the food industry with knowledge of food safety practices. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience as a barista or in food preparation is an asset. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
