Summary

We are seeking a Locator to join our dynamic team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Canada. This role is essential for ensuring our franchisees have the necessary support and resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences, aligning with our mission of spreading happiness through our beverages.

Responsibilities

Assist in locating and evaluating potential franchise locations. Collaborate with franchisees to ensure optimal store placement. Analyze market trends and customer demographics to inform location decisions. Provide ongoing support and training to franchise partners. Maintain accurate records of site evaluations and recommendations. Work closely with management to align location strategies with company goals. Ensure compliance with company standards in all locations. Foster relationships with local businesses and communities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the food industry or related field. Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Basic math skills for financial assessments and reporting. Experience as a barista or in food preparation is a plus. Understanding of food safety regulations is preferred. Strong analytical skills for evaluating potential locations.
