Summary

We are seeking a Locator to join our dynamic team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Canada. This role is essential in ensuring our franchisees have the right tools and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Locator, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and inventory. Assist in training franchisees on operational procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experiences. Support the management team in evaluating store performance. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Help develop new product offerings based on customer feedback. Manage cash handling processes accurately.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the food industry, preferably within beverage services. Strong knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Previous barista experience is a plus but not mandatory.
