Summary

We are seeking a Locator to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Canada. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality products, contributing to our mission of delivering delightful beverage experiences.

Responsibilities

Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Prepare and serve beverages according to CoCo's standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience. Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the food industry or similar environment. Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience as a barista or in food preparation is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices.
