Summary

As a Barista at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice, you will play a vital role in creating delightful beverage experiences for our customers. Located in Canada, this position involves preparing and serving a variety of creative tea drinks while ensuring top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including fresh tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and coffee. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices is an asset.
