Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that events run smoothly and that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and place settings. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed. Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle food safely according to health regulations and company policies. Assist with the breakdown of events by clearing tables and cleaning up after the event concludes.

Requirements

Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred, but not required. Weekend availability is a must Ability to work long hours sometimes, and late evenings Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events. A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed.

Pay: $15.70 per hour
