Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers / Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during day-today service & events, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and golf course staff to deliver high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in the food industry, hospitality, or guest services.

Responsibilities

Greet guests when they enter the building Stocking, cleaning & maintaining the bar Answering the phone General building cleaning including vacuuming, sanitizing, moping, sweeping, taking out garbage Set up and break down banquet tables and event spaces according to specifications Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure all supplies are stocked Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to enhance their experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times

Experience

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Familiarity with food service operations and customer service principles Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment A passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest services Smart Choices Certified (mandatory)

Pay: From $15.80 per hour
