Server.

As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering impeccable service during events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and special occasions of all sizes. From setup to breakdown, you will ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly, exceeding our guests' expectations with your professionalism and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms with tables, chairs, linens, and table settings as per function sheets. Serve food and drinks quickly and politely, following proper serving etiquette. Pay attention to guests needs and handle any requests. Keep banquet areas clean and organized during and after the event. Work well with team members such as chefs, bartenders, and outside vendors. Follow health and safety rules.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role required. Knowledge of banquet operations and service standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
