B2B Sales Growth Manager
to help grow our retail partnerships across North America.

based at our Guelph head office.
This is NOT a remote position.

About the Role
The B2B Sales Growth Manager will play a key role in expanding our wholesale footprint by identifying new retail partners, nurturing existing accounts, and driving consistent sales growth. You will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with boutiques, gift shops, garden centres, spas, grocers, and lifestyle retailers.
This position requires daily outbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
Make
daily outbound sales calls
to prospective and existing wholesale partners
Build and manage a pipeline of B2B leads through phone outreach, follow ups, and relationship building
Convert leads into active wholesale accounts and drive repeat orders
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
Maintain detailed CRM notes and track sales performance
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate inventory, promotions, and seasonal launches
Support the growth and visibility of The Scented Market brand across retail partners
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in
B2B sales, account management, or wholesale
(preferred)
Comfortable making
outbound sales calls every day
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong follow through
Goal-driven with a passion for growth and results
Positive, professional, and excited to represent our brand

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
