The Role

We are seeking a results-driven SaaS B2B Sales & Marketing Manager to help lead our sales efforts, strengthen relationships with high-level decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

This position focuses primarily on

consultative B2B software sales

, complemented by a

strategic marketing component

to support lead generation and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

B2B SaaS sales strategies

targeting C-level executives. Manage the

entire sales cycle,

from prospecting, and demos to closing and onboarding. Lead and deliver

product demonstrations

(in person or via Zoom) Build and nurture

long-term client relationships

with a consultative approach Collaborate with leadership to align

sales and marketing strategies

Support marketing efforts, content, outreach, and event campaigns Provide feedback on client needs and help refine product direction
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B SaaS or Technology sales

, (preferably with C-level or enterprise clients) Strong

relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience managing

inbound and outbound sales efforts

Familiarity with

CRM tools

and structured sales processes Strategic thinking and ability to work

independently and proactively
