Sales Manager

recruitment or security services

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across key industries.
Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calls, and client meetings.
Create and present customized proposals to prospective clients.
Account Management & Client Success
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high service standards.
Partner with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client needs effectively.
Resolve client issues proactively and professionally.
Market Growth & Brand Presence
Attend site visits, networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Represent Glen Recruiters and Karas Security with professionalism and credibility.
Collaboration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and operations teams.
Provide regular performance and activity reports.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of sales/account management experience in
staffing, recruitment, or security services
.
Proven ability to win new business and manage complex client relationships.
Strong B2B sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of BC employment standards and safety regulations.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
Uncapped Commissions:
$40,000 - $60,000+ potential earnings
