We're seeking a high-energy, target-driven Sales & Growth Manager to lead CaMart's sales strategy across:
In-store retail sales
Online eCommerce sales
B2B corporate accounts
Franchise expansion

Responsibilities
1. Offline Sales (Retail & Wholesale)
Drive foot traffic to our Welland & St. Catharines stores.
Train, manage, and motivate in-store teams to hit sales targets.
Secure bulk phone and accessory deals with corporate clients.
Build wholesale partnerships with resellers.
2. Online Sales & E-Commerce
Manage and grow Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Marketplace.
Create offers, bundles, and promotions to drive conversions.
Work with marketing to launch paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
3. Franchise & Corporate Growth
Pitch CaMart's franchise opportunities to investors.
Close franchise deals and expand CaMart's footprint.
Build long-term B2B partnerships for recurring revenue.
4. Sales Strategy & Reporting
Develop monthly and quarterly sales plans.
Track KPIs, analyze results, and optimize performance.
Provide weekly sales reports to the CEO.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven sales experience in electronics, retail, or eCommerce.
Strong negotiation, closing, and upselling skills.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Marketplace.
Familiarity with digital ads (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google).
Ability to lead a team and deliver results fast.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and hungry to grow.
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $38,000 - $45,000/year
Online Sales Commission: 5% of net profits from Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop & Marketplace
In-Store Sales Bonus: 1% of monthly retail sales
Franchise Bonus: $2,500 - $5,000 per franchise sold
Corporate Account Bonus: 5% annual profit from accounts you secure
Performance Bonuses: Monthly targets unlock extra incentives
Earning Potential: Top performers can make $90K - $120K/year.

Schedule
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (optional for incentives)
