About Us

We are a Canadian eyewear wholesaler supplying optical stores across the country. Now, we're expanding into direct-to-consumer online sales -- building our own e-commerce store to sell stylish frames and sunglasses straight to customers.

We need someone who

already knows the process

of launching and growing an e-commerce store, and can lead this project from day one.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of our e-commerce launch -- from platform setup to marketing campaigns to sales optimization. We're looking for a

hands-on builder

who can bring the vision, map out the steps, and execute them without needing daily guidance.

What You'll Do

Choose, set up, and customize our e-commerce platform (Shopify or WooCommerce). Organize and upload products, descriptions, and categories. Coordinate product photography, graphics, and brand visuals. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, influencer outreach, email marketing). Create and monitor sales funnels, improve conversion rates, and optimize performance. Track key metrics and report on results. Work with freelancers or agencies when needed.

What We're Looking For

2-4 years' experience

in e-commerce store management or digital marketing. Proven experience

launching and managing

an online store from start to finish. Strong knowledge of

Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms

. Digital marketing skills -- SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing. Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe) and familiarity with product photography needs. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Self-starter who can work independently and hit deadlines.
