OK Tire Innisfail is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Advisor/Service Writer! This is a full-time position, and we are eager to find someone who is passionate about customer service!

Ideal Credentials:

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Basic Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts and services is beneficial but not required.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think on your feet and find solutions to customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities Include:

Receiving and managing customer vehicles for service

Providing accurate quotes for services and repairs

Contacting customers and suppliers

Handling customer transactions

Organizing parts and coordinating workflow in the service department
