Salary: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

We are currently looking for professional parts technicians/ parts personnel to join our winning team.

Job Title: Parts Technician Sales Person.

As parts Technician/Parts Person you will be responsible for selling parts to existing and prospective customers using our extensive inventory. Your responsibilities and duties will be as following:

Answering phone calls in professional manner Look up and locating parts using our inventory software or ordering parts from suppliers as per policies Generating quote and completing orders as per customer requests Evaluate and recommend parts required based on customer information Negotiating key sales issues and handling objections as required Providing customers with shipping quotation and tracking Assisting customers post sales with any warranty needs Following all policies and procedure as outlined by the management Maintains a professional appearance and safe, clean work environment Assisting with loading delivery trucks Assist other staff in the department as needed
Requirements:

Must be able to meet a minimum $30,000 in sales per month quote Previous experience in automotive industry High degree of product and technical knowledge Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer Must be self starter and motivated to sell Must possess good written and verbal communication Must be able to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines Must be able to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines. Must conduct his / her self in a professional manner. Must have superior problem solving skills to achieve a win-win solutions Must have Good attendance. Parts Technician Ticket an asset
