We are looking for a customer-focused Auto Parts Counterman to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers and repair shops identify and purchase the correct automotive parts, process transactions, and keep inventory organized.

Summary

Join Novalex Winnipeg as an Auto Parts Counter Person in Winnipeg. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right auto parts, provide excellent service, and support our team in maintaining efficient operations. Your contribution will help us continue to serve our growing customer base and strengthen our presence in the automotive aftermarket industry.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with parts inquiries and purchases. Identify correct parts by using Epicor System, manufacturer systems and other supporting systems. Provide product details, price, and availability information to customers. Order special or back-ordered parts from local warehouse and follow up on delivery status. Recommend complementary or alternative products, help to promote when appropriate. Process sales transactions, invoices, credits, returns, and warranty claims. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. help in the warehouse and other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, enthusiasm in learning. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent (technical training an asset). Proficiency in using parts lookup systems, catalogs, and computer databases (training on site available). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to take other assigned responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
