We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their sales needs. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and product selections.
Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Maintain an organized and clean sales counter, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track inventory and manage orders.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, fostering relationships that encourage repeat business.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
