We are a sales leading, progressive, high volume and growing automotive dealership in Sudbury, Ontario. CSN Cambrian Collision is a progressive clean, organized work space outfitted with state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment.

A Collision Parts Counter Sales Associate is responsible for advising and assisting our CSN Collision Centre with finding the right part for their automotive collision repair needs. They are relied upon as an expert of automotive parts and accessories and are able to achieve a high-level of customer service in a retail environment.

Job duties for a Collision Parts Counter Sales Associate include:

Sell parts through the shop, by phone or over the counter to customers and technicians.

Provide price quotes and other related parts information via the telephone or email.

Determine availability on out-of-stock items and, if required submit emergency order.

Provide guidance to outside sales representatives regarding orders.

Prepare orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.

Retrieve parts purchased from stock.

Review files weekly to keep track of back orders and return to vendor items.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

5 years automotive and/ or collision parts experience preferred

Able to prioritize and multi-task effectively

Strong customer service focus

Working knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds ERA software an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $68,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
