Position: Associate Faculty, Junior School - Two-Year Contract (3 positions available)Department: AcademicsReports To: Principal, Junior SchoolStarting Date: August 27, 2025Application Closing Date: February 26, 2025Salary: $72,969 to $83,977•The annual salary range will be updated with the 2025/26 salary grid.An Associate Faculty position is a full-time role and provides coverage as needed for various classes. This individual works directly with students and will be responsible for facilitating lesson plans as needed. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate of a B.Ed. program, who is seeking to gain classroom teaching experience; or for those that have one to three years experience.



The Associate Faculty role also supports co-curricular requirements.Teaching experience in PHE, French, Music, and Theatre Arts would be an advantage for candidates.Associate Faculty are placed on the Schools teaching grid for the two-year contract period and are eligible for the full benefits package. Expected to be involved in extracurricular activities in two of the three school terms.Qualifications will include: Teaching certification required.Completion of a B.Ed. program.Superior reports from practicum experience during attainment of teaching certification.Ability to build strong rapport with students.Team player who will work to foster an open and positive classroom environment.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Experience teaching is considered an asset.Ability to deal with a number of key stakeholders (i.e.
