CASP Aerospace recherche un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve). Il s'agit d'un poste permanent a temps plein, en presentiel.
Objectif general :
-Fournir un soutien administratif general.
Principales taches et responsabilites :
-Repondre au telephone, filtrer et orienter les appels
-Prendre et transmettre les messages
-Accueillir les visiteurs
-Saisie de donnees ERP
-Constatations des techniciens
-Expedition/Facturation
-Contacter les clients, si necessaire, par telephone et/ou par courriel
-Remplir les conges maladie/vacances au sein du service client et d'autres services (ventes, coordination du materiel, qualite, expedition et reception, etc.)
-Fournir un soutien administratif et administratif general
-Preparer la correspondance et les documents
-Classer et numeriser
Formation et experience :
-Connaissance des procedures administratives et administratives
-Maitrise de l'informatique et des logiciels pertinents, notamment MS Office
-Connaissance des principes et pratiques du service client
Competences cles :
-Bilingue (francais et anglais)
-Aptitudes a la communication orale et ecrite

General Purpose:
Provide general office support and assistance.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Answer the phone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Greet visitors
ERP Data entry:
Technicians findings
Shipping/Invoicing
Contact customers as necessary via phone and/or email
Cover for vacation/sickness within Customer Service department and others (sales, material coordinator, quality, shipping & receiving, etc.)
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Prepare correspondence and documents
Execute the filing and the scanning
Education & Experience:
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications, including MS Office
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Key Competencies:
Bilingual (French & English)
