Responsibilities

Handle store emails and convey information between management and staff.
Stay updated on Quebec and federal government policies, and assist in training employees accordingly.
Support the Restaurant Manager with recruitment and HR tasks.
Assist the Front-of-House Manager with resolving customer complaints.
Perform basic account settlement tasks when clerks are absent.
Assist front-of-house with serving guests during peak hours.

Aider au service des clients en salle pendant les periodes de pointe.
Requirements / Exigences
Fluency in French is required
to communicate with customers, colleagues, and government authorities.
English and Mandarin are also required
to serve our diverse customer base and to communicate effectively with staff and management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and common administrative software.
Familiar with Quebec provincial and federal websites (food service regulations, labour rules).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Base salary:
$3,200/month ($38,400/year).
Tips:
Average
$1,000-$1,600/month
Total estimated annual earnings:
$50,000-$58,000.
Hybrid role: steady base pay plus tips.
