Adamson manufactures high-end live performance audio equipment for concerts and on-stage performances worldwide. Job Summary We are looking to hire an experienced full-time Assembly Manufacturing Manager who will\xe2\x80\x94while reporting to the VP Operations\xe2\x80\x94lead assembly operations, and manage all aspects of assembly teams, processes, and manufacturing areas within the department. What We Expect From You: Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, analyze, develop, and report data regarding SMT and assembly operations.
• Responsible for overall efficiency and quality of product manufacturing cycle.
• Responsible for equipment maintenance and calibration requirements
• Experienced working in a build to order environment.
• Support new product development Dfm process from prototype to full production status.
• Responsible for providing a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards
• Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety standards
• Lead and participate in problem-solving and risk assessment
• Make certain that adequate process audits are in place

What You Bring to Adamson Systems: Education, Skills & Experience

• 5 Years EMS experience, managing teams in PCB electronics and final assembly environment.
• Experienced in managing workflow scheduling, equipment, and staff utilization.
