We are looking for a Clerk to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as filing, data entry, customer service, and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
Collect payments following services.
Regularly generate Aging Reports.
Issue customer statements.
Greet customers and answer questions about products and services.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Process customer orders and payments.
Assist customers with returns and exchanges.
Provide customer service over the phone or in person.
Report A/R standings to the Comptroller.
