Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AR Clerk with a keen eye for detail and strong multitasking skills. If you enjoy customer billing quirks and take pride in accuracy, we want you to join our team in Red Deer!
Oilfield experience, including knowledge of legal land locations, Customer Purchase Orders, and online portals such as OpenInvoice and Jobutrax, is not necessary, but would help you hit the ground running in this position. Duties include (but not limited to) reviewing field ticket information, preparing documents specific to each customer within our custom ticketing system, and direct communication with customers regarding invoicing and collections. As we are a paperless office, comfort with new software, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), PDF editor, and SharePoint is essential.

flexible
, making it perfect for a snowbird, parent, grandparent, part-time student, or anyone looking for less than full-time work. As we are a seasonal business, the ideal situation would be approximately:May 1 to Sept 30 = 30-40 hours per week
April & October = 20-30 hours per week
Nov 1 to Mar 31 = 10-20 hours per week (or negotiable if snowbird lifestyle)
Please note this position does not qualify for remote work. The candidate would be required to work in person at our Red Deer location.*
