We support refugees and bring together new and established Canadians.Job Summary CultureLink is building its capacity to address racism and discrimination in an Anti-Racism Action Program (ARAP). It is also engaging racialized women in anti-racist arts and digitally-based story-telling activities. The ARAP program is reaching out to racialized women over 40 years old who face barriers and challenges and receive limited support for social participation. Culminating activities will include the launch of a Project Book and digital story exhibitions at four to five City of Toronto museums to bring representation of racialized immigrant women's voices into public spaces.The Anti-Racism Specialist will develop materials for anti-racism training and will pilot the materials with project team for different groups. The pilot will be carried out online or in-person from Sep 2022 - Mar 2023 on a weekly basis with breaks. The series will be delivered to 4 groups including one for CultureLink staff and volunteer mentors.Each group will have 5 sessions, most of which will be run between 6 - 8 pm and one series will be run during office hours for CultureLink staff and volunteer mentors. The three primary responsibilities are: a) develop accessible anti- racism materials for racialized immigrant women and CultureLink personnel, b) support immigrant women in any social media efforts and, c) pilot integrated training materials online or in-person with ARAP team to reach the following outcomes:
