Job Description
Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist
Are you looking for a great one-year recruiting assignment? The position will be based in our Calgary, AB office.
You Will:
Manage your own requisition load – typically 30-45 openings
Establish a consultative, trust-based relationship with hiring managers and our HR Business Partners
Partner with our Compensation team in delivering attractive, and competitive offers
Fully utilize the Workday platform
Strategically source for key openings utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state–of–the–art recruiting practices
You Have
Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of a degree
2- 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting/talent acquisition
The desire & ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week
