We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator Assistant to join our team to fill a maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and assist in office operations.
Responsibilities: - Assist in clerical tasks such as data entry, - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone and email -
Maintain office organization and efficiency and ordering of supplies.
Utilize computerized in house systems for data management - Support administrative staff in daily tasks - Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette -
Assist in managing QuickBooks for financial transactions ( Qualifications): AP/AR duties- Tracking staff hours- Completing GP sheets- Ensure sub contractor contracts are updated-
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively -
