Job Description

The

Administrative & Marketing Assistant

will be the chief of first impressions for REALTORS, Clients and the Community at a highly productive real estate brokerage office. The successful candidate will be a creative guru with a positive attitude who can operate the Brokerage's administrative and marketing tasks in tandem. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a creative edge for administrative and marketing task execution. As a community-focused company, the successful candidate will wear various hats as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities:



Operate client communication channels including phone, email, and social media. Be the first point of contact on brokerage phone systems and in-person Complete client care and follow-up tasks Actively manage client database systems Actively operate social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) Provide input on marketing strategy and timelines Consistent follow-up with prospective clients Event planning for internal and external initiatives Create listing/purchase/amendments/waivers/notices of fulfilment documents for REALTORS Create property feature sheets and marketing materials Complete bookkeeping and administrative tasks for team members Update REALTOR transaction data in Brokerage software Maintain office supplies/order office supplies Support THRIVE's Marketing Specialist, Office Manager and Broker of Record with administrative and marketing duties as required Other Administrative and Marketing duties as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate:



Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Explorer, Client Database Systems) Graphic design skills in Abobe, Canva or similar Experience with social media platforms Ability to problem solve and works well independently Strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Excellent attention to detail

Further Details on the Opportunity:



Potential to advance in a growing real estate company Competitive compensation negotiable based on experience. Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with flexible hours of work for special events and potential for overtime. This position is full-time, in-office and based from our Thrive Realty Group office at 660 Maitland Street, London.
