Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment by managing various clerical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Job Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Organize, file, and update company documents, contracts, and meeting records. Assist in preparing company reports, various forms, and statistical data. Help manage HR and training documents; support administrative tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and scheduling. Coordinate internal communication and information sharing within the company.

Marketing & Business Support



Assist in drafting English business correspondence, proposals, emails, social media content, and marketing materials. Participate in creating company presentations and promotional materials (e.g., partnership proposals, investment brochures, exhibition documents). Conduct market research and analysis, including industry data collection and potential partner research. Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns or content releases.

Qualifications



College diploma or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred. Strong English business writing skills -- able to independently draft emails, reports, and presentations. Proficient in the following office and design tools:

Microsoft Office Suite

: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Google Workspace

: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail

o

Canva

or advanced

PowerPoint

features (for marketing material design)

o

Notion / Trello / ClickUp / Connecteam

(task or project management tools)

Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, responsible, logical, and capable of working under pressure.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.55-$29.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
