We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Administrative Assistant

who can handle both routine administrative tasks and special projects while contributing to the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact

between clients and both internal and external colleagues. Support and manage internal projects and initiatives.

Onboard new clients

and maintain organized client files. Organize and schedule meetings, including booking meeting rooms. Take minutes at meetings and prepare clear, concise summaries. Assist in the preparation of invoices and manage financial documents. Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience

in an administrative role, preferably in a construction environment. A strong

command of written and spoken English

with excellent communication skills. High proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Outlook, Word, Excel). & Canva Experience with

QuickBooks Online

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
